Travel player photos are now required.  Every travel player must have an image for on file.  Most photo uploads have been successful and rather uneventful, but we had a couple of reports where a parent’s first attempt to upload a photo has failed, and continued attempts seem to present a problem.  The following instructions seem to have resolved the issue.

  • Log out and close the browser window.
  • Clear the cache on your browser. (See tips on how to clear you cache.)
  • Login again.
  • Select Edit the player record, and select the link for deleting the player photo (if the link is offered).
  • Upload a new photo which is under the 4 megapixel limit. (See tips on how to resize images prior to uploading.)
